Returns/Exchanges

We feel that it is our responsibility to provide you with the best possible service; therefore, we are making returns and exchanges as fair as possible. Items may be returned for a full refund within 7 days of the date you receive your order. Items may be returned for exchange or store credit within 30 days of the date you receive your order. Be sure to include your name and order number in your package. Please note that McAuley's will not pay for return shipping, nor will the original shipping cost be reimbursed unless you received a damaged or incorrect item. We suggest that you ship your returned item through an insured and trackable carrier, as McAuley’s is not responsible for items you ship that are lost or damaged in transit.

Regular Returns:
Items must be received in their original condition. This means that any returned items should not appear to have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged in any way. All original tags must remain attached. Shoes must be returned in their original box, free of scuff marks or signs of wear. Your return will be processed within 10 business days of the date it is received. Note that it may take your credit card provider additional time to post the refund to your account.

Exchanges:
Under normal circumstances, your exchange will not be processed until we receive the returned item. We ask that you notify us ahead of time what you would like to receive in exchange for your returned item so we may reserve it for you. If you need your new item sooner, we are able to place a temporary charge on your credit card for your new item right away at your request. Once the original item is received, we will refund your credit card. As with returns, exchanged items must be returned in their original condition.

Special Returns:

  • Shipment Error: In the event that the incorrect item is received, notify us by email at customerservice@shopmcauleys.com within 2 days and we will provide a return shipping label.
  • Damage: In the event that an item is damaged, you must notify us within 2 days of the date you receive your package. Because we do not manufacture our own products, we do not offer any warranty on them, and any damage that occurs beyond that 2 day time frame will not be our responsibility. However, as long as you notify us by email at customerservice@shopmcauleys.com within that two day time frame, you have 3 additional days to ship the item back to us, and you will be eligible for a full refund for the item once it is returned. Your credit card or paypal account will be refunded within 5 business days of our receipt of your package. You will be emailed once the refund is completed. It may take your bank or credit card company additional time to post the credit on your account. Returns for damaged merchandise will only be accepted if we are notified within the time frame specified.

Exceptions:
  • Special Orders: Special ordered items are final sales and may not be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
  • Nubra and Spanx: These products are final sales and may not be returned or exchanged.
  • Clearance: Our "clearance" or sale section features styles marked down as much as 80%. Since we are letting these items go for such incredible prices, we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges under any conditions.


If any item is returned to us outside of this return policy, we reserve the right to treat the item as abandoned with no further action.
