Returns/Exchanges

We feel that it is our responsibility to provide you with the best possible service; therefore, we are making returns and exchanges as fair as possible. Items may be returned for exchange or store credit within 15 days of the date your order is placed. Simply notify us by email that you wish to return your package, and we will email you back a short return form. Please note that McAuley's will not pay for return shipping, nor will the original shipping cost be reimbursed.
Unless your item is faulty, or you received the incorrect item, you are eligible only for an exchange or a store credit. Your exchange will not be processed until we receive the returned item.

  • Shipment Error: In the event that the incorrect item is received, notify us within 2 days and we will provide a return shipping label. In these cases, you are eligible for a full refund of the item's price.
  • Damage: In the event that an item is damaged, you must notify us within 2 days of the date you receive your package. Because we do not manufacture our own products, we do not offer any warranty on them, and any damage that occurs beyond that 2 day time frame will not be our responsibility. However, as long as you notify us within that two day time frame, you have 3 additional days to ship the item back to us, and you will be eligible for a full refund for the item once it is returned. Your credit card or paypal account will be refunded within 5 business days of our receipt of your package. You will be emailed once the refund is completed. It may take your bank or credit card company additional time to post the credit on your account.

Exceptions:
  • Special Orders: Special ordered items are final sales and may not be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
  • Shoes: All shoes are final sales and may not be returned or exchanged.
  • Nubra and Spanx: These products are final sales and may not be returned or exchanged.
  • Clearance: Our clearance section features styles marked down as much as 80%. Since we are letting these items go below cost, we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges under any conditions.


Returned items that are received outside of our return policy will be shipped back to the customer, and no refund or credit will be issued.
