McAuley's is currently seeking part-time sales associates!

Minimum Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation for running errands
  • At least one year of relevant retail sales experience
  • Ability & willingness to operate a cash register
  • Ability & willingness to answer and make phone calls
  • Ability to manage time & prioritize tasks
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
Once hired, the sales associate will...
  • Be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the store.
  • Actively work with products, including processing, stocking, replenishing, steaming, folding, hanging, tagging, and displaying.
  • Work with other team members to ensure that the sales floor, front desk, fitting rooms, breakroom, and restroom are clean and well maintained.
  • Demonstrate a current sense of style and maintain a well-groomed appearance.
  • Build client relationships by asking questions and engaging in conversation during their shopping experience.
  • Exhibit problem solving skills and the ability to make good decisions.
  • Maintain targeted productivity, sales, and profitability.
  • Illustrate the ability to construct creative merchandising presentations.
  • Demonstrate a passion for our products and the brands carried.

  • At least one photo of yourself in your most fashionable ensemble - As a fashion sales associate, you will be like a walking display. Customers should be able to look at your appearance and trust that you are able to carefully put together the perfect outfit for them.
No phone calls regarding employment opportunities will be accepted. Also note that we are currently only accepting applications for individuals who will be able to work into the fall and beyond. We are NOT seeking seasonal employees at this time. Because of the customer/stylist relationship developed in a boutique environment, our goal is to hire employees who will be here for a while.

Models:
  • Our modeling positions are VERY part time, no more than 5 hours per week unless we have a very heavy shipment.
  • Weekly website pictures are typically taken on Mondays. Location photo shoots take place on Saturdays, no more than once per month.
  • No previous modeling experience required
  • Models are responsible for doing their own makeup for in store shoots so that they will not appear washed out under studio lighting
  • Applicants should be at least 5'5"
  • Applicants should be between a size 0 and a size 6
