The ideal candidate for a position as a Stylist has previous retail sales experience, is at least 18 years old, and has a flexible schedule that will allow her to work evenings and weekends. At this time we are looking for an individual who is both willing and able to work most Saturdays. In addition, a Stylist is an individual with a flair for fashion. She's the one everyone comes to for advice on what to wear to their next job interview, wedding, date, or any other event. Her closet is where her friends go when they can't find anything in their own closet. She knows what the current trends are, AND how to make them work in real life. She's friendly, approachable, and well put-together. Maybe she dreams of a career as a buyer for a major department store, or even of owning her own store someday. Whatever her career goals, McAuley's can be an incredible tool for getting her there. This is not your average part-time job, and we're not looking for your average sales associate. McAuley's Stylists have the opportunity to attend apparel markets, style photoshoots, plan promotional events, maintain social media accounts and so much more. Compensation is based upon previous experience, as well as sales abilities.
McAuley's Stylists will also receive sales-based incentives.
