Visit Us: Our retail store is located at 3312 North Main St. in Anderson, South Carolina. You will find us right beside Long John Silvers and across the street from El Patron! Our store is open 10AM-7PM Monday through Saturday and closed on Sundays.

Online Ordering: In most cases, orders placed by 2pm eastern time Monday-Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped the same day. Any orders placed after that time will ship the following business day. We gladly accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and McAuley's gift certificates. Your information is protected by our SSL certificate through Thawte. However, if you are uncomfortable submitting your personal information online, you are welcome to place an order over the phone.

Sales Tax: 6% sales tax will be charged on all orders for in store pickup, as well as those shipped to South Carolina addresses.

Q: How can I place a special order?
A: Email us at customerservice@shopmcauleys.com. Provide the item number and size you wish to inquire about. We will notify you as soon as possible whether or not the item is available for special order. In the event that you wish to order, you must pay in full in advance, and the cost of shipping for special orders is $15. Special orders can take 7-10 days, and they may not be returned.

Q: When will my credit card be charged?
A: Your credit card will be charged at the time your order is placed. In the event that an item is out of stock, you will be refunded accordingly.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept Paypal, as well as Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Tiger Stripe and McAuley's Gift Certificates.

Q: I'm using a gift certificate to pay. Why am I still being asked for my credit card information?
A: This is done to speed up the process of your order being filled, and it is the only way we are able to accept gift certificates online. Your credit card will be charged initially, but once we receive your order, the gift card will be applied and your credit card will be refunded the difference. You will receive an email confirming this. If you are uncomfortable with this, you may place your order by phone or email.

Q: Can I use a promo code on sale items?
A: No, sale items are not eligible for any additional discounts, including the free shipping promotion. They may not be counted toward your $100 total to qualify for free shipping, nor do they count toward your total if you are using Royal Cash.

Q: When I go to check the status of my order, nothing is there. What happened?
A: Most likely, the item was already sold out and your order was automatically cancelled. We try to contact all of our customers in cases like this, but sometimes we are unable to. It is also possible that your credit card could not be processed and we were unable to get in touch with you.

Q: How do I cancel my order?
A: Since we fill our orders as quickly as possible, orders may not be cancelled or changed once they have been placed.
