McAuley's Unique Boutique is now offering the opportunity to pre-order styles from Judith March! While browsing through categories on our website, you can tell a pre-order style from an in-stock style a few different ways. First off, after the name of the item on the product list pages, you will see a line that says "Pre Order." After clicking a pre-order product, you will be taken to the product detail page which will also state a scheduled delivery date for that particular style. In addition, we also feature a category dedicated to Pre-Orders

Important information regarding pre-orders:

• Scheduled delivery dates are not specific and may be subject to change. The designer gives us a shipping window, which may be anywhere from two weeks to two months. We cannot guarantee shipping dates until the week the designer notifies us that a style is ready to ship. Once received, all pre-orders will be shipped out the same day. Some styles have shipped earlier than their scheduled delivery dates, and some styles have shipped later due to production problems or greater than expected demand.
• When your order is placed, your credit card will be authorized for the full purchase amount. Once we receive notification of your order, we will refund your credit card for 50% of the pre-ordered amount. This way, you will be paying a 50% deposit at the time of your order, then the remaining 50% will be charged to your card when the style ships from our vendor's warehouse. In the event that your card is declined at that time, we will contact you for alternate billing information. You will have 7 days to provide payment. After that time, the item will be made available for sale, and a store credit will be issued to you in the amount of the deposit you paid.
• Pre-orders are not eligible for any discounts, coupons or promotions under any circumstances.
• Pre-orders are not eligible for free shipping. Once a style arrives, if we have any remaining sizes, those will then be eligible for free shipping.
• In the event that you wish to cancel your pre-order, please email kelin@mcauleysboutique.com. Please note that cancelled orders are not subject to refund. Store credit will be given only.
• In the event that you receive your pre-ordered item and it does not fit or you do not like it, please email customerservice@shopmcauleys.com to notify us that you wish to return it. Returned pre-ordered items may be returned for store credit or exchange within 15 days of receipt. Because these styles are in such demand, we are unable to accept returns beyond 15 days. Pre-ordered items are not eligible for a refund. As with all returns and exchanges, return shipping and your original shipping charge will not be reimbursed unless you received the incorrect item, or your item was damaged.
